Beautiful addition to an existing Northcape Home. Client desired their own wing/ space for privacy to include a new first floor Master Bedroom/Master Bathroom and Master Closet. Full exercise room with steam shower and full cedar closet on lower level. Working as a Team with numerous partners including Bonin Architects to attach the addition and making it look seamless and like it has been there all along was the number one priority. The addition has numerous wonderful custom features through out to match to existing home including vaulted ceilings and gable end details.
