We hired Northcape after we bought a summer home on the lake. We worked with Jim Goin and Pat Westgate and they both did a wonderful job walking us through the whole project. Because this was not our prime residence we were not there all week but the communication was great and the job got done on time. Northcape worked with my wife and me to transform a 1980 contemporary home into a dwelling whose aesthetics were far more compatible with waterfront homes in the 2000's. They were extremely responsive and even more importantly they were very clever. They listened to our handwaving description of what we were trying to accomplish and turned that into a very practical design.
