This home site sits approximately 200 vertical feet above Lake Sunapee and looks out over the lake and surrounding mountains. The very first thing we all agreed on was that on the view side of the house there would be a spacious stone/brick patio that would totally capitalize on this view and allow our clients to immerse themselves in the panorama.
